These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Midland Baseball & Softball Training Center ("MBSTC," "we," "us," or "our") website and communications with MBSTC.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions where applicable.
Services
MBSTC provides baseball and softball training and related services, which may include individual instruction, facility rentals, team practices, camps, clinics, memberships, and other athlete development programs.
Availability, trainers, schedules, programs, and pricing may change.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee lesson, trainer, facility, camp, clinic, or practice availability.
SMS Messaging Program
MBSTC may offer SMS/text messaging to customers who voluntarily opt in.
The Midland Baseball & Softball Training Center SMS Program may be used to communicate about:

Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile number and specifically opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Midland Baseball & Softball Training Center relating to the types of communications described at the time of your opt-in.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services from MBSTC.
Website SMS consent is voluntary and should be provided through a separate, unchecked SMS consent option.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, conversation, scheduling activity, and services requested. Messages may be recurring while you have an active inquiry, appointment, service, or other interaction with MBSTC.

Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any MBSTC text message to opt out.
After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation that your request has been processed. You will no longer receive messages covered by that SMS consent unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside MBSTC's complete control.
Supported Carriers
SMS availability may depend on your wireless carrier, mobile device, service plan, and geographic availability. MBSTC does not guarantee that SMS messaging will be available through every carrier or device.
Privacy
Information collected through MBSTC's SMS program is handled according to the MBSTC Privacy Policy.
In particular, mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Automated and AI-Assisted Communications
MBSTC may use software, automation, and artificial intelligence to assist with responding to inquiries, collecting information, answering common questions, and coordinating services.
Automated responses are intended to assist customers and do not guarantee trainer availability, facility availability, appointment availability, pricing, or acceptance into a particular program.
Website and Information Accuracy
MBSTC attempts to provide accurate and current information. However, schedules, trainer availability, services, programs, pricing, facility availability, and other information may change.
Information provided through the website or automated communications should not be interpreted as a guaranteed reservation unless MBSTC has confirmed the booking.
Changes to These Terms
MBSTC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
